While the targets of the AJarMat movement are students’ parents (students’ parents forums, school committees, etc.) as well as community member/ communities (PKK, dasawisma, community learning hours / JBM, etc.).

Further, Rachmadi also said that AJarMat Movement had conducted limited trials in regencies/ cities in D.I. Yogyakarta Province. The final outcome expected of the AJarMat Movement as a Pioneering National Programme is to improve students’ achievement. Students’ success is not merely the responsibility of formal education channels, but rather the sharing responsibility between family, community and government. School helps to continou the education applied in the family, since the first and main education for children is in the family. (RK/YN)
